About UsAmy KreydinAmy Kreydin is the owner of The Barefoot Dragonfly and practices in Stoneham, Massachusetts. Kreydin first became interested in Reflexology through Eunice Ingham's book Stories the Feet Can Tell in the 1990's. After an unforgettable Reflexology session Amy was hooked! Without access to a local training site Kreydin started her training through correspondence. By 2003 she had moved to Massachusetts and enrolled in the Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork at the end of the year. Amy Kreydin graduated in 2004 from Palmer with a certificate in Reflexology. She learned both Chris Stormer's Universal and the American Standard methods of Reflexology. Later that year Amy trained in Father Josef's Taiwanese method, incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine's five-element theory. During a conference in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Amy was introduced to Ayurvedic Reflexology, Wand Reflex, Zu Reflexology, Three Dimensional Foot Reflexology, Co-ordinative Reflexology, and Reflexology for ADHD. She has studied the William Flocco method for Integrated Foot Hand Ear Reflexology with Ko Tan and The Language of the Feet with Chris Stormer. Amy is a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board. She continues her professional development by attending seminars, workshops and courses given by international experts in the field. Amy also teaches Reflexology workshops for the layperson and continuing education for bodyworkers. For upcoming classes contact Amy today. Currently Amy resides on the board of directors for the Massachusetts Association of Reflexology. She would love to see this field grow and Reflexology become a household name.
