Doula Services

Services Provided:

• At least one prenatal visit to discuss birth wishes, comfort measures, coping strategies, and more. All birth partners (significant other, relative, friend, etc), should plan to attend this visit too.

• Unlimited phone and email support during pregnancy and up to four weeks postpartum.

• Assistance in creating a birth plan (if desired), and gathering information specific to your wishes and pregnancy needs.

• On-call availability 24-hours a day, seven days a week from the 38th to 42nd weeks to be contacted at the onset of labor.

• Continuous labor support from the time you call me until a couple of hours after the baby is born.

• One postpartum visit to review the birth, share pictures and provide you with a birth story written from my perspective.

What services I do not provide:

• I do not perform clinical tasks such as fetal heart checks or vaginal exams.

• I do not make decisions for you or your partner.

• I do not speak on your behalf to the medical staff concerning your or your baby's care.
