Services for the Childbearing Year
You may choose from an hour or an hour and a half of Reflexology. First-time clients should expect to spend 70-80 minutes at their first appointment to complete health intake forms and for any questions and should arrive 10-15 minutes early. Sessions start promptly.
The 60 minute session can be "just feet," feet and hands, or the Flocco method of Feet, hands and ears. Please specify your preference at the time of booking your appointment.

A 90 minute session is feet and hands, you may choose to include ears as well.

*New* Ayurvedic Foot Treatment
This adaptation of the traditional padabhyanga, or foot massage, draws on
the naturally rejuvenating oils of Citrus and Neem - helping to balance any
combination of the doshas. Session includes Marma and Chakra work as well as the
three-metal kansa bowl and heated stones. Vata doshic types respond especially
well to most forms of foot work.

A delicious treat for moms to be! Mama Mio's moisturizing blend of sweet
almond, evening primrose, carrot, manuka, and avocado oils will have your feet
and hands thanking you. Indulge in this pregnancy reflexology session to have
all of your parts treat-ed through the feet and hands.

Escape to the Islands
This session will combine integrated reflexology with soy wax therapy,
chakra-crystal therapy, heated stone milky foot soak, and the aroma therapeutic
scents of the islands for a delicious island escape.
90 minute.....................................$100
Fertility Reflexology
These sessions support
conscious conception - the welcoming of a baby into your life and into your body. Endocrine and reproductive systems are emphasized with attention to creating balance throughout the whole body. Sessions can be used as a complement to assisted reproductive technologies (ART), such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, or other reproductive methods such as Clomid challenges or after procedures for
endometriosis, ovarian cysts or fibroids. Rates are the same as described under Reflexology above.
Prenatal Reflexology
Reflexology during pregnancy works to bring balance and relaxation during a
time of rapid change for mother and baby. Sessions will focus on reflex areas specific to organs most affected at
each stage of your pregnancy. Clients following the
Gentle Birth Method are welcome to schedule sessions based on Dr. Motha's
guidelines. Talk to your practitioner for specific recommendations based on your
health goals and any existing concerns. Rates are the same as described under Reflexology above.
**Reflexology-Birth Doula Package
Combine the benefits of Reflexology throughout your pregnancy with the care and support of a Doula during your labor. This package includes six (6) one-hour reflexology sessions to be used during your pregnancy and up to six weeks postpartum, plus reflexology during your labor (as appropriate).

**Birth Doula
When you contract Amy as your birth doula you can expect two prenatal visits, unlimited email and phone support up to four weeks postpartum, 24 hour on-call status for the four weeks surrounding your estimated due date, continuous labor support when you call Amy and a prenatal visit in the first few weeks home.
